3. Infrastructure and Monitoring Data

BigBoard monitoring agents collect system metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network) from your infrastructure. This data is:

• Stored in your dedicated, isolated instance — never shared across tenants
• Used solely to provide monitoring and alerting services to you
• Not sold, rented, or shared with third parties
• Retained according to your configured retention policies

4. Data Isolation

Each BigBoard customer operates in a fully isolated instance with separate data storage, configuration, and access controls. Your monitoring data is never commingled with other customers' data.

5. Third-Party Services

BigBoard uses AI capabilities powered by third-party language model providers. When you use the AI chat feature:

• Your queries and relevant infrastructure context are sent to the AI provider to generate responses
• We do not send raw credentials, passwords, or authentication tokens to AI providers
• AI providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for model training

6. Data Security

We protect your data with:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Role-based access controls (RBAC) within the platform
• Per-instance isolation at the infrastructure level
• Regular security reviews of our codebase and infrastructure

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Monitoring metric data is retained according to your instance's configured retention period and is automatically purged when expired.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Export your monitoring data via our API

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
