One BigBoard. Unlimited people.
Priced by what you monitor.
Every Pro plan includes the same flat allowance of 100 devices. What you step up for is monitoring capacity — components — not seats. Your full measurement history is kept at full resolution for as long as you are a customer, on every plan.
How you buy it: there is no online checkout. Tell us which plan you want and we send you an invoice — pay by bank transfer, card or purchase order, on your own terms.
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly. The allowances below are the ones written into Schedule A of our Terms, which is the document that governs your account.

Enterprise Custom
Past 100 devices or 150,000 components, or if you need contract terms and an SLA.
What each plan allows.
These are the allowances your account is granted, and the ones written into the Terms. Reaching an allowance stops you adding new devices or components — it never interrupts or deletes anything already being monitored.

What counts as a component?
A device is the box. A component is any individually monitorable thing inside it — a physical part like a drive or a power supply, or a logical one like a network interface, a VLAN or a container. One device is made of many components.
The readings taken from a component — its temperature, its traffic, its utilization — are metrics, and metrics are never limited or metered. How often you sample makes no difference to your component count.
You can see your live device and component count in the app at any time. Devices are the headline; components are the meter — so a dense rack and a sparse one cost the same until you are genuinely large.
Priced by capacity, not seats
Everyone on your team gets an account. We never charge per user, so nobody has to be left out of the tool that tells them what broke.
Your history is kept
Full-resolution measurement history for as long as you are a customer, on every plan including free. Most tools age your data out within weeks. If you close your account we delete your data within 90 days.
Outgrowing a plan is not a wall
When you reach an allowance, BigBoard stops adding new devices and components. Everything already monitored keeps running and keeps its history. Upgrade and it carries straight on.
Tell us the plan. We'll send the invoice.
No checkout to fight with and no card on file unless you want one. Say which plan you need and where to send the bill, and we will do the rest.
Not sure which plan fits? Tell us roughly what you run — how many servers, switches, PDUs — and we will tell you which one you land on. Most people land on Pro. You can also try the live demo first, or see how to get started.
